Inside Baseball Question re: Democratic Strategists in **this** campaign season
Some time ago, the occupation rated on DU as lower than door-to-door Moonie church recruiters were democratic strategists.

Now that we've won and won big, who were the strategists behind it? Who whispering in dean's ear? In Schumer's ear? In Emmanual's ear? In the various candidates' ears? Who mapped it all out?

and the cascade of evidence of lies against Joe Wilson and the outing of his wife, the Downing Street Memos and the worsening chaos in Iraq.

No strategist presented Democratic withdrawal plans for Iraq or filibustered Alito.

No strategist even discussed corruption as an issue.

Yet the people saw it ALL because it was UNSPINNABLE events that were occurring at the same time lies were being forcefed the public.

The people got tired of the lies and corruption. The Dem "strategists" missed out on all of it. Carville and Begala were "surprised" when the exit polls showed corruption as the main unifying issue for Democratic and REpublican voters.
