3. Joe Courtney leads
heading into the recount. The Louisiana seat is heading to a runoff between 2 Democrats.

5. Here's a link to a blog post summarizing the not yet decided
on John Kerry's web site. Per the person who wrote the post, they are trying to get behind at least one of the candidates with an emailing and have links to other people, not Kerry, already working to make sure there's a fair count in some others.
