Will Bush get a bunch of legislation passed before January? |
|
He is wanting to shove through a bunch of neocon legislation before the new congress comes in. Do you think he'll be able to get much accomplished?

may be a little wary of pissing off such a fired-up electorate.
My Bushbot (Kyl) got re-elected, but his campaign ads and rhetoric made a pathetic reach for the left in the last days of his campaign.
I think when the incumbent Rs look over their shoulder, they are going to see a lot of angry voters and that may cause them to break from the Lame One's dicta.

5. Not a chance. Anything really controversial will be killed procedurally by the Democrats |
|
The Republicans know that if they try to modify procedure to force things through in the last hours that the Democrats could really put the screws to them in the next session.
