The only people who won were those voting over right vs wrong
Some here on DU have said it was progressives who won the last election where many other democrats have said it was the centrist. I just believe it was neither but it was about right vs wrong. It's about getting out of Iraq and helping our troops and the Iraqi people. It's about accountability. I just personally find it very childish of both sides to be claiming the victory and credit when it's clear it's about right vs wrong. Everyone worked together, both progressive's and centrist's, to get to this point. Instead of both sides claiming victory we should be claiming victory for the American people. For the Constitution and for what is right over what's wrong.

4. That's just what I was thinking about earlier
I was very insulted by Emmanuel's comments about "oh it's all the centrist who did it!" and than saw some posts of claiming victory for the progressive's and I thought the same thing that someone who did help out with this but not with the progressive's for whatever purpose would also feel insulted. A progressive is anyone who wants to progress and that's all of us including the centrist's in this election.

5. This is what I posted in another thread.
"No one group won this election. It was a combination of eveybody in the Democratic party (the very big tent) and Independents that won this election.

I REFUSE to give anyone group credit."
