Dean has organized Democrats in virtually every Congressional district and gotten people in neglected areas to contribute, volunteer, and vote. An extra 10% from red counties in Ohio, for example, can tip the state next time around. Up until a few days ago, no one really knew how well it was going to work. We do now.
