The Little Boy With The Big Blue Vase ( Where is their plan?)
(a re-post)

Once upon a time, there was this petulant little boy that always wanted his way. His "uncle" had a huge blue Oriental vase - the type with Chinese waterfalls and dragons. The little boy was fascinated by this vase. He pestered his "uncle" to let him carry it. He was strong and steady, he said. "OK", his uncle said, "But if you break it, you own it..."

The little boy grabbed the big blue vase and ran to tell his Poppy what a great deed he had done. Unfortunately, he stubbed his toe and dropped the vase. It broke into 3000 pieces. The petulant little fellow argued with his "uncle" to not tell his folks about what he had done. "Please keep it a secret", he begged.

However, when it was discovered that the vase was broken, the little boy argued that he could put it back together. After about 3 years, it was obvious that it was an impossible task for him. His folks became angry with him and ran off most of his friends that had helped him coverup his little secret.

"But, they have no plan", the little boy whined. "They like to point fingers of blame but they don't tell us how to fix it. Where is their plan" he asked?
