Is it me or did Bush today look like a rumpled old man?

Tie knot sloppy, collar appeared not to fit, stomach paunchy.

I'm not trying to be funny - but he really looked like an unkempt old man who threw on his one decent suit to go to his nephew's wedding.

I thought Cheney looked the same...both being down-in-the-mouth....worried, for whatever reason. Each day, it appears they are getting more and more of the "message" that was just sent to them by the people. Even Rove looked a little green around the gills.
