Will the media go easy on the 08 candidiates/nominee unlike 2000 and 2004? |

Now that we have won the 2006 election, some are already looking forward to 2008.
Some already have their candidates, but does anyone think the media will be fair and balanced by 2008, depending on who the candidates are or who the nominee is? I mean, really report the facts, accurate information on the candidates, nominee and the rallies.
Explain.

who could unite both sides.

2. What is this "fair and balanced" of which you speak? |

Short answer: No chance. They are beholden to their corporate masters, and they will shill for whoever favors those masters. They'll pick their favorites -- probably McCain and Hillary -- and "decide" they will be the candidates.

I didn't see that in 2000 or 2004, which is why I went to the blogs for info.
