6. DCCC, Al From is head of the DLC
Rahm Emanual is a congressman and head of the DCCC where he recruited a bunch of conservative Dems to run this year and steered money away from progressive candidates.

7. He's the savior of the Democratic Party. It's good to know the
next election, I don't have to do anything. Rahm will do it all.

5. Why were the so called "experts" on NPR , CNN, ABC, etc.
giving Rahm so much credit? It sucks how they gave me the impression it
was all Rahm's doing.

It's good that I question things and come here to find
the other side.

Dean barely get's mentioned.

plus seven others and didn't suggest any favorites.

As much as any phenomenon you can point to, DU represents grassroots Dems.

10. Listening to NPR today
There was someone named Jon Nicholls(?) who was saying that Rahm's candidates (ie Tammy Duckworth)lost and several of the candidates (ie Jerry McNerney) he tried to prevent from running actually won. This guy was saying that a lot of the new Democratic Congresspeople are really quite liberal contrary to the argument I've been hearing that they're decidedly more conservative.

14. This was brought out by Carville's little attack on Dean and Rahm's recent opportunistic
self-patting on the back for things he didn't do.

27. I'm not wasting anyone's time, Rahm is.
He's a basekilling DINO who rather lose with a corporatist DINO than win with a real Dem.

And that's on a GOOD day.
