I hope Ms. Ingraham is going to be investigated and fined, and maybe even removed from the airwaves for telling her listeners to tie up the Dem help lines on election day. If I'm correct, as has been suggested by others, it's a crime just like the guy in New Hampshire? It probably violates some FCC rules as well.

there should some sanctions, or some kind of punishment for this kind of activity. Poor Cindy Sheehan has been arrested for a whole lot less. These people seem to be able to get away with anything.
