Mine are, and for the last year or so I had given up phoning their offices (I would still e-mail them, not just Astro-Turfs, but personal e-mails).

I'm thinking I may renew the phoning effort on legislation I see as key. I think they may be more inclined to listen now.

Am I an eternal optimist, or do those of you who share my predicament think we may be more effective now? Do you plan to contact your delegation with a bit more fervor?
