both are from NY and if Rudy looks like he's getting the nomination which i think he will Hillary won't run.remember she annoced to run for senator after Rudy decided not to run because of prostate cancer.

31. Oy
Rudy looks nice now beause he's been deified by the media and no-one is asking why he's a serial adulterer and otherwise scummy and dictatorial politician. Hillary would have beaten him nicely in 2000, but fortunately we had "Little Ricky" to make it a total waxing.

There is absolutely no way that Guiliani can win anything. Really. I don't want Hillary to be anything other than a NY Senator, but I also have no doubt that she'd destroy him in any race. He is scum incarnate. Let's hope that we don't have to make the choice between either of them.

Oh, and BTW, Bernie Kerik? Please, give me a break. He was your bud and business partner, right Rudy?

6. I don't think Rudy will be the deciding factor...
There is so much dirt on St. Rudy to come out, that I don't think he would cause her tremendous hesitation...

is much more qualified than the mayor of the nations largest city. especially
when that city is in the second biggest state.

13. B.S. She was ahead in the polls when he dropped out.
And he's not going to do nearly as well in national polls as he did in NY. H

1. He had an open affair while he was in office and it was in all the papers.
2. Before 9/11, his poll numbers were tanking. You can't keep campaigning entirely on 9/11.
3. There are too many staff scandals that could get dug up and replayed.

He could get killed in a character debate. Hillary's supposed flaw in a character debate is Bill, but that gets neutralized if she's up against a known adulterer.

30. This was BEFORE. His numbers in Upstate were weak AND in NYC...
NYState doesn't dislike carpetbaggers more than NYC folks.

She was polling ahead of him before he pulled out.

My firm was polling in NY at the time - for REPUBLICANS.

17. ...
And the national media love him, so all these "flaws" will go away in a race. Bush has as many (or more) character flaws as you'll find in any junkie on Skid Row, but all flaws magically disappeared in 2000, because the media ignored them. The same thing can be done for "America's Mayor."

14. If there's a new 9/11 investigation, my parakeet would be able to beat
Rudy. As things stand now, he might have a chance. I suggest the first commercial against Rudy be the tv tape of him blaming the troops for the explosives stolen in Iraq at Al Qua Qa (sorry, not sure of the spelling at the beginning of the war, and hang Bernard Kerrick around his neck while we're at it. Rudy has quite a few 'inconvenient truths' piled high in his closet, just ask New Yorkers.

Edited on Mon Nov-13-06 08:15 PM by AtomicKitten
shows her tied with Giuliani 47% to 47% and in a dead heat with McCain 47% to 48%.

I realize many people here don't like here but is it necessary to post false information to punctuate that dislike for her?

So it's a moot point...

Rudy will never get the End Times Repig support he needs...he will do horribly in the South.. Hillary won't make it past March in the Dem primaries...

35. Rudy "I thanked God George W. Bush was President" Giuliani?
The one who had several affairs while he was a married Governor and then moved out of his own Governor's Mansion (when his wife finally had enough) and moved in with, now are you sitting down, two gay men?? Oh, the horror! :sarcasm:

And...to top it off...he believes in...yes, it's true....abortion! He's a gay-lover and a baby-killer! :sarcasm:

I'd say he's never even getting the GOP nomination, so we don't have to worry about him beating Hillary or any other Dem.
