Most "presidential polls" at this point do not reflect who people will vote
for or even get to vote for in November of 2008 very accurately.

The poll question would be better posed as:

"Which of these candidates' names do you recognize?"

Bill Clinton would have registered in low single digits (if at all) in November of 1990.

1. But the polls seem to indicate that Gore and H Clinton and Kerry have a lot of people
already commited to voting against them. You are correct though, someone could come from out of nowhere like B Clinton did.
