5. I thought there were only 8 races left undecided
Edited on Tue Nov-14-06 04:39 PM by Lasher
Connecticut 02, Louisiana 02, New Mexico 01, Ohio 02, Ohio 15, Wyoming 01 Georgia 12, and Washington 08. And didn't Washington 08 just get decided today in favor of the Republic incumbent?

Here is a description of the uncalled races. At the time the article was published there were 11 of them.

12. Exactly right you be - TX 23 & LA 02 are both December runoffs
So they can't be called until then. So is that a total of 9 races that have not yet been called?

2. The Texas 23rd is going to a run-off.
It's a special election created by the SCOTUS' re-re-redistricting ruling.

4. There are two in Ohio
Including Mean Jean Schmidt's. And they aren't going to start the counting of the remaining ballots until after the Ohio State Michigan game.

6. UH, Like Yeah! BIG ONE!! Cruella's Old District!!
Under-voting count as high as 25% in some precincts! It's Fl District 13 and Sarasota county was C. Jennings biggest supporter and yet the overall county shows an under vote of 13% over all!

That's a lot and she filed a lawsuit now!

7. Well, NY-29
we have a fairly hopeless week-long recount in progress and the absentee tally of 10,000 votes for NY-29. My only hope is that some big discrepancy shows in Kuhl-aid's home territory. Eric Massa really belongs in Congress, a stupendous, inspiring candidate. The GOP just grimaced and sent a 2-year incompetent lame duck to commiserate with his Overlords, an election soured by lies and cheating and fall-on-your face gaffes to further disgrace the whole concept of triumphalist gerrymandering. Typical of what the GOP leadership thinks so worth protecting.

Odds? 100-1.

8. Courtney is looking better in CT2
His lead had dropped by 100 votes due to a counting error on one machine to about 66 but this afternoon it's back up to 91 with only 3 or 4 more townships to finish the recount.

9. It looks like NM Congressional 01 is still being counted
Rethug Heather Wilson has already claimed victory and is gleefully supported by the RW media, but there are still several thousands of votes to count. Wilson is up by approximately 1400 over Dem Patricia Madrid, but there seem to be many problems with the integrity of the count itself.

13. Yeppers & It's A Real Barn Burner With So Much Crap Flying
in ALL directions! They are trying to screw us at every turn, but for now we are full of DETERMINATION regardless of how many balls they throw in front of us! And they ARE lobbing them all over!

Kathy Dent, Sue cobb & Jebby may SEEM like they want to get to the bottom of this, but THEY DON'T! They keep throwing up road blocks.

Gotta go, have to read Florida Election Law before I get to challenge under votes or over votes which will now start in Sarasota County Thursday and NOT tomorrow!! That's the latest news, but it may change by the morning and they decide they WILL count Sarasota tomorrow.

Those of us committed are basically "on call" and have to be ready to go where needed, when information is provided!

Dirty games are being played, but we're hanging in! For the most part.... I KNOW NOTHING right now!
