Jennings STILL Needs HELP!!! I Just Got This Email A Little While
ago. I have to leave to go down to her Hdqtrs, but wanted to post this. We are still fighting very hard down here. Let's give her a BOOST! I can't bear to think of Buchanan in my midst for TWO WHOLE YEARS!! Just got rid of the WITCH, please don't let this happen!
Thanks!

Dear Friends,

At midnight on Election Day, just 368 votes separated Christine Jennings from her Republican opponent, a difference of just 0.15%. Under Florida state law, we will have a mandatory recount to ensure that every vote is counted and counted accurately.

Christine has already started to close the gap. Yesterday she picked up dozens of votes on provisional ballots—and more are being counted.

CHRISTINE NEEDS YOUR HELP—DONATE ONLINE!

Over 18,000 unexplained “undervotes” have also called this election into question. An undervote occurs when a voter skips a race on his or her ballot. The fact is, however, that 18,000 is a gross statistical irregularity. Something clearly went wrong with the electronic voting machines. Hundreds of people have reported that they tried to vote for Christine, but the machine wouldn’t record their vote the first time around. The Sarasota Herald-Tribune declared on Wednesday that if the 18,000 lost votes were reflected in the overall vote totals in the district, Christine Jennings would be the clear winner.

HELP US MAKE EVERY VOTE COUNT—DONATE ONLINE!

Christine Jennings NEEDS YOUR HELP! She is committed to ensuring that our next representative is chosen by the will of the people, not a glitch at the ballot box. To win this recount, Christine must hire a team of attorneys and voting machine experts. This will be a costly process. Please help!

CLICK HERE TO DONATE RIGHT NOW!

The FL-13 Recount Fund is supported by the Florida Democratic Party. That means you are able to make a personal donation of any amount up to $12,100. Your donation will not count toward the federal limit. Any amount you can give today will be truly appreciated -- and it will help protect our Democratic right to a free and fair election.

DONATE $100, $1000, OR EVEN $12,100! WE NEED YOUR HELP!

THANK YOU!

CURRENT TIMELINE from the Sarasota Supervisor of Elections:
Tuesday, 11/7: Election Day results trigger a mandatory recount
Wednesday, 11/8: Supervisor of elections releases numbers on undervotes
Monday, 11/13: Florida Secretary of State expected to approve recount, which will begin that day with a machine recount
Wednesday, 11/15: Results of the machine recount are expected to reflect the election day totals, triggering a manual recount
Saturday, 11/18: Results due from manual recount
Monday, 11/20: Secretary of State to certify election results

Paid for by Christine Jennings for Congress.

2. I understand that she showed up for the "freshman orientation" on the Hill.
Good for her. Joe Scarborough said this a.m. to NOT GIVE Buchanan his Congressional pin just yet! That's good news, eh?

3. Yes, It Is... I'm Out the Door Headed Up Town For Orientation!
Even though I voted for Jan Schneider in the primaries, as a long time resident here, I went to work for Jennings simply because I felt we had a good shot at someone with a D behind their name. Even one who used to be a Repuke!

Just got rid of The Witch, don't want to deal with A Wolf! Buchanan that is!!
