Did the politician in the church in "Borat" break the IRS rules?
That church in Pasedena that opposed the war and gained IRS interest should not stand alone if so.

And see the movie if you haven't :-)

But I don't think he was advocating his candidacy or political positions.

Democratic politicians on the campaign trail talk to predominantly black congregations all the time.

Its a fine line however between talking about community or religious issues, and advocating politics.
