If you were a Vietnamese listening to Bush.... ?
Saying that the lesson of Vietnam was that we should not have "quit". I'm sure that Vietnamese person was thinking about how glorious his life would be with the Americans occupying and controlling their country? This guy has no sense of awareness or impact of his words upon his audience. He's just reads what they give him. We're so proud of him...
