Is anyone else getting bombarded by phone calls from Telefund?

They called like 4-5 times, as late as 9 pm tonight! Hubby googled them, I sent an email, requesting that we be taken off their call list (with a "read receipt" request), and the jerk who I sent it to deleted without reading it.

I think it's a call center progressive groups hire to do telemarketing calls. I support the cause, but am getting pissed by the incessant calls. Grrr...

Btw, I even went so far as to leave two voice mail messages (one from the number that called us, and another listed on the website), practically begging them to take us off the call list. WTF?

1. Constantly.

They call many times a day. We finally stopped answering calls unless we knew who it was by the caller ID. We figure if it is someone we want to talk to they will eventually leave a message and we can pick it up.

They hit us three times this afternoon.

4. Yes. They call here at LEAST 3x/day every day.

Usually we're not home when they call.
