Solar power reminds me of a cartoon I saw in a science |

magazine in the late 1950's. In it two white coated scientist were talking to each other with one pointing to the sun with the comment "all we have to do now is figure out how to charge 'em for it".

8. actually HARPP is probably a Scalar Weapon... it really looks like theye could use scalar devices |
