08 Without Clark and Gore Poll

Recent DU polls indicate strong support here for Clark and Gore. They win DU polls and as I recall Clark was on top. But what if they both decide not to run... Who would you favor?

I like this poll, not because the choices are great, but we know that Gore and Clark dominate everything. It is interesting to how much better Obama does in this kind of poll.

Geez, kinda like the primaries of 2003, when I first looked at this poll, Kerry didn't have a chance, but suddenly he's pulling ahead. Interesting

So, it is not very surprising.

why so many votes for the centrists?

I can't say for Sebelius, but isn't every one else listed pretty far to the right of Kerry?

Kerry seems to be the only choice for a liberal. And this is the first I've seen Sebelius even mentioned for 2008 - is she a likely candidate at all?

She a popular governor of a seriously red state, and was just easily re-elected. Check out my link below more info.

We have had 2 senators elected President in the last 100 years or so, and neither defeated an incumbent president. But look how many recent governors defeated sitting presidents: Carter, Reagan, Clinton. Senators are just so much easier to slime.

I haven't seen any evidence that she will run, but the more non-senators from flippable red states we have seeking the nomination, the better.
