You will quickly see where they get this notion.
People are screaming about what Rangel said..
I can easily see some of these responses easily fitting into right wing anti democrat commercials.
Support the troops..bitch about the war all you want.

1. Asking civilians to turn their brains off isn't going to work here.

Saying everyone should be willing to serve "if needed" avoids big questions. Needed for what? Who decides? Is the mission the right one? Should we ask these questions or blindly obey the Dear Leader? And your tone sounds too much like #4 for people to not have a negative reaction to it.

If opposing the civilian leadership commanding the military is being anti-troop, the entire nation is nothing more than an armed camp, with no debate or advise or consent.
