Bush's homeland security? a botched statement or what?
Bush said "For example, Khalid Sheikh Mohammed described the design of planned attacks of buildings inside the U.S. and how operatives were directed to carry them out. That is valuable information for those of us who have the responsibility to protect the American people. He told us the operatives had been instructed to ensure that the explosives went off at a high -- a point that was high enough to prevent people trapped above from escaping."

Q What planned attacks was Bush talking about? Had this attack already been or was this a future one?

2. Do you think?
there has only been one terorrist attack when people were trapped from above? Others have been underground?

4. yet another 911 Freudian slip . . .
. . . he said explosives instead of planes. Then he realized he had gone off script.

Why the hell can't we get to the bottom of what really happened that day???

Why can no one in power deal with the possibility that planes alone didn't bring those buildings down???

grrrrrr . . .

5. I was thinking this might apply to the 93 WTC bombing, but
those bombs went off in the basement IIRC, so that wouldn't apply.
Very interesting.
