Dowd wants Bush to admit responsibility for Iraq Civil War "OJ Style," on Fox: "If I did it..."
Maureen Dowd: Bush Should Go On Fox News To Confess: "If I Did It--Here's How The Civil War In Iraq Happened"...

With a timely reference to the rise and fall of the O.J. Simpson tell-some book -- and what she's calls the "Thanksgiving Day Massacre" in Iraq -- Maureen Dowd in her Saturday column for The New York Times suggests that President Bush goes on Fox News and declares, "If I did it -- here's how the civil war in Iraq happened."

Bush, she writes, "could describe, hypothetically, a series of naïve, arrogant and self-defeating blunders, including his team's failure to comprehend that in the Arab world, revenge and religious zealotry can be stronger compulsions than democracy and prosperity."

4. Yet this is the same liar who attacks Pelosi on Imus.

until Whoreen Dowd apologizes to the Clintons and Al Gore, I don't give a rats ass what it writes.

And, she sure was catty on Nancy Pelosi when she was on Imus. Denouncing Pelosi and making snide remarks about "throwing like a girl" in the exact same manner as Ted Olsen did before the Fascist "Federalist Society".

5. What? Tell me more, that's horrible!
Oh god, what is Dowd up to now? She gets hung up on powerful women. First Hillary, then briefly MOnica, now Pelosi.

Enough, already!

Maureen Dowd, who has spent years exploring this topic, writes in the New York Times that that kidder Ted Olson wowed 'em at the Federalist Society by joking that members of Congress could entertain themselves by "searching for any sign of movement in Speaker Pelosi's forehead.' Just as Senators could enliven even the dullest floor speech by sneaking a peek at "the expressionless, Pelosi-like forehead of Senator Clinton.'/''

Dowd's own brow was batted around on Imus last week; it's too smooth, Charles thinks. Yet this didn't stop her from joining right in the same kind of old-fashioned sexist fun by characterizing Pelosi as "throwing like a girl'' in her first week on the job. Does our culture really hate women as much as all that? Oh, yeah. But we are the culture, too. And we don't have to be complicit.
