That would be enough for two or three coats on each hand.

But it's a lot less if you just count Americans -- only between a quarter and a half a teaspoon per Bush voter depending on how you figure in woundings and transfusions. Also, the Iraq Study Group may find a way to bring people back to life in a cost-effective way. So the accounting may change in future budgets and war prospecti.
