We were in Vegas about a month ago and saw Lou Dobbs at the bar at the Bellagio at about 3:00 am.

I lived at the Bellagio for a month or so a couple of years ago. Long story.

10. Well, here is what's possible...

"Starting Gate" - near the sports book and poker room - probably playing cards and taking a break (no sports)... however I'm not sure that bar is open past 3am. However the entrance to Light the Nightclub is right next door and they might be leaving the bar open now. No hookers back here.

"Petrosian Bar" - directly off the lobby - probably meeting someone for drinks... who knows. Again, I don't know if this one is open at 3am.

"Baccarat Bar" - just behind the Petrosian, just as you enter the casino area. Hooker central. Open all night.
It's not a big bar and has a number of small tables and a large circular bar. I've seen both tons of working girls and occasionally their pimps here late at night. If Lou was there by himself, you can bet that he was doing a booty call.

"Fontana Bar" - behind the main cage off the casino floor - I don't THINK this one is open, but it could be. Not a hooker hangout, not a place to meet someone, maybe taking a break from the craps table or something, but really, I wouldn't know what anyone is doing in this bar at 3am. If it was this one, then he was likely the only patron in the bar.

There is also a bar in the high limit slots area, but I doubt you would have seen him there, and if there, he was taking a break from SERIOUS gambling ($100/slots or higher)

maybe she would remember which bar. I'm just concerned he's got a gambling habit like Bill Bennett that he would be up at 3 a.m. having a drink.

This was back in late March. Wanted to go up to him to say hi. He was very closed, aloof, and unapproachable. Off-putting, so we didn't try to approach him. We later learned he was hung over.
