Just now, on MSNBC, at the conclusion of a segment with Col. Jack Jacobs. Nice of him to re-state the obvious.

2. Thank you, Professor Obvious
Ring ring, it's the clue phone, Tucker. You want to keep ignoring it?

Gee, a way out of a mess is something that grown-ups usually contemplate before plunging into one. I can't imagine why all the grown-ups in the Bush administration didn't think of this before they squandered all those billions of dollars and all those thousands of lives. It's almost like they're not grown-ups, huh?

Maybe we shouldn't leave these garbanzos in charge anymore. What do you think, Tucker? Wait, there's that damn phone again!

3. Then maybe we shouldn't have started, dipstick ! And now place
the finger of blame on the people who insisted, pleaded, prodded, cowed, and misled the American public into this war.

9. Does it have a lot of pretty pictures to look at?
If not, Junior isn't interested. He only reads what he can finish while he is sitting on the toilet.

Readin' might interfere with his runnin', bikin', brush clearin', and presidentin'.

6. Selective amnesia...
They were warned of the consequences of invading Iraq, but chose to ignore it for Bush's "stay the course" foreign policy. Remember, Tuck?

stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...stay the course...don't stay the course...stay the ... huh???

Now they claim "there's no solution" as if it's a blinding revelation!

15. Yep.
After pure evil accidentally brushes up against Tucker Carlson, pure evil has to go someplace quiet (and private) to cleanse itself.

You are WEARING a BOWTIE. Your ability to convince anyone you had even one tiny shred of credibility went out the window a long time ago.

18. It makes me nervous when I agree with Tucker
Strike that. It makes me nervous when he says something I agree with.

He may have disagreed with starting the war in Iraq, but he didn't exactly oppose it. He just registered enough reservations on the record in 2003 so he could sit comfortably in the see-I-told-you-so camp when the war blew up in Bush's face.

20. How'd he get his own teevee show?
Crossfire sucked big-time, so when CNN didn't renew his contract, what the hell did MSNBC possibly see in this George Will wannabe?

He adds nothing to the discussion, whatever topic the discussion may be on.

Has anyone else noticed that?
