Women Democratic Group by-law examples?

I'm helping to start a Women's Democratic group in my county and we are at the point where we need to start writing by-laws. I don't know if this is the correct forum for such a request, but are any of you members of a similar group who wouldn't mind offering your by-laws for examples as we write ours?

1. A tall order

I don't have any in electronic form to post but I reckon I could send you some snail-mail. Those of our state, district and local parties here in northern MI are all very similar. Pretty basic stuff.
