Amy Robach on MSNBC
just mentioned to Imus that her 9:00 news segment would include the "attack by Nancy Pelosi on the President and what does this mean to her promise of working with him." You can't make this stuff up. I don't know what's going on with the female news readers at MSNBC but they are so biased and mis-leading and WRONG.... I can't watch this station anymore, they're becoming like Faux, inaccurate and untolerable.

1. Yeah, you are right, they are actually worse than Fox. With Fox
you know what you are going to get but these people on MSNBC including O'Donnel of course actually attack the dems. The guy taking Matthews spot on Hardball yesterday tried to attack what Pelosi said and the guest who was a NBC News reporter stated back that she said nothing surprising, wrong or anything different than she has said all along.

5. When Pelosi was asked about the presidents comment regarding the insurgency
being the fault of al queada, Pelosi effectively said that bush was a pathetic character,

and that she has made it very clear the differences between her and the President on this disaster they call Iraq

3. Who gives a damn what they think, they haven't seen anything yet
they better be scared, wait until we take FULL CONTROL and start the investigations

What the republicans have done is enable this administration to make mistakes one after another without accountability
Pelosi is extremely screwed, and will NOT be distracted by this BS

Do you notice how the media has been trying to perpetuate a negative message about her and the Democrats since we won. Hell, we haven't even taken over yet, and they are already crying

To help you feel better, the media has NOT been right about most things 95% of the time. Not only is their record dismal at best, but they have been the propaganda machine for this administration, and they know they are culpable to for NOT reporting the turth

Things are going to change in a HUGE way, not only for the republicans, but also the news media. A lot of people are about to be forced to be accountable for what they have done

what a right-wing something... words fail me.

Amy states that Pelosi is calling the President a "liar" by saying "we've heard this rhetoric before". The logic of that conclusion is totally bizarre. Bush said that "Al Kady" is responsible for the sectarian violence in Iraq. Pelosi says "we've heard this rhetoric before" (which we have, on many many occasions), and somehow that says that Pelosi is calling Bush a liar?

So to get to Pelosi says Bush is a liar you have to
a) believe that the Presidents statement is true and is somehow news and not rhetoric.
b) That this is a newly discovered "fact" by Bush and the White House (which cannot be true since Bush is on record saying this for well over a year now).

Then Amy went on to say that this was after Pelosi promised to not impeach the president and to "work with the administration".

Such utter crap.

Edit for Postscript...

mute back on after I see the start of a very long segment on Britney and Paris and taking heads opining about Kfed and who is the better role model parent blah blah blah... far more time than was spent with Dennis K. about the Pelosi remarks. Got to stick with what's really important! :sarcasm: :sarcasm: :sarcasm:

7. Robach is such a dimbulb. What the hell has Pelosi's statement about
no impeachment have to do with Bush's recent lie?

Amy thinks she's entitled to some kind of exhaulted status on MSNBC because the Imus Gang fawns and drools all over her.

6. I had to write to MSNBC yesterday when she used the term
"catfight" to describe Pelosi's decision not to re-appoint Harmon to a specific post. She was so demeaning and ugly towards Pelosi.

8. Consider the source ... here's some background on Ms Rorback .....
She's another Faux escapee (the Washington, DC Faux affiliate) ..... a journalism major at the University of Georgia, and a former beauty queen. She's also a new mother.

Nothing specifically wrong with any of that ...... but for a newz anchor, pretty unremarkable.

11. The dude filling in for Mathews ...
called it "cutesy" in a demeaning way while trying to do the "balanced" "journalistic" thing of trying to ask negative questions of both republicans and democrats ...

It just is SO hard ... Almost a decade of "conservatives good, liberals bad" and now that the bubble has burst it is "republicans bad, democrats bad" ...

12. What happened to Randy ?
He made Amy bearable at that hour. Now she stops by Imus and gives him a lapdance lead into "her" show ?

They used to re-air Keith at 9am too ? I just won't watch during the day, unless it's Chris Jansen or Alison Stewart.......

Maybe MSNBC is having rebirthing pains......can we help?
