1. Good question
Keep asking.

Hopefully Foley will be brought to justice some day, but in the meantime, I hear there's a tsunami coming in Janurary and it's going to hit Washington DC.

6. Shhhhhhhhhhhhhh!
If no one mentions it or makes a fuss over it, it will quietly disappear. If not, Foley will have to plead insanity and that will delay the hearing for years down the road. So, shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh! Don't make waves.

Panel May Be Near to Issue Foley Report
Ethics committee could be close to issuing report
on ex-Rep. Mark Foley's conduct

WASHINGTON, Dec. 7, 2006
By LARRY MARGASAK Associated Press Writer

(AP) The House ethics committee could be close to finishing its report
on ex-Rep. Mark Foley's improper conduct with former pages. Committee
members would not comment on when they would issue their findings.
Committee leaders said in early October the investigation would be
finished in weeks, not months, and members have said privately they
did not want to carry the matter over until next year.

The findings would have far greater impact if Republicans had retained
control of Congress because questions were raised over the lack of
strong action by Speaker Dennis Hastert, R-Ill., and his top aides.

10. First things first
Before they can get to Foley, they still have to nail down the last few details over where the Rose Law Firm billing records were, and whether Vince Foster truly was depressed or not, and whether Hillary ever made a profit on any investment at any time, and how many times Bill actually got oral pleasure from Monica. Those are all so much more important to our nation. These people will never investigate anything that doesn't involve Bill or Hillary. And they accuse us of the politics of destruction! Look how many lives the current administration has destroyed in their quest for domination.

I want 24/7 hearings with bright lights and full t.v. so that everyone can see for themselves what a pack of liars these people are.

11. the delay works in our favor . . . .

we will control the ethics committee when it comes out, and
hopefully be able to redact any attempts to whitewash the whole
affair.
