Does anyone have any doubt George the Incompetent will overrule his generals in Iraq if they say no |
|
to a surge of troops in Bagdad. How transparent it was that he did not answer this question, yet the New York Times' article about Bush's press conference this morning did not dare to mention this. Pathetic!
And why would General John Abizaid--who would have been aware of Dubya's "new way forward" strategy to "Victory in Iraq"--have put in his resignation a month before the mid-term elections. Coincidence? Hardly!
We will not make any progress in Iraq if the media cannot call what we are doing in Iraq an OCCUPATION--not "The War in Iraq, The Fight for Iraq," This Week at War," etc, etc., ad nauseum.
Media, do your job! Tell the truth! You were able to say "Civil War." How about now trying "The OCCUPATION OF IRAQ?" Do you dare?

4. He's NOT leaving Iraq and the Congress is going to help him. Our war |
|
economy depends on us remaining at war.
