Don't feel guilty about not trusting your boss, because a new study finds that two-thirds of those in management are liars and more than a fourth bad mouth employees. The study out of Florida State University also found that abusive bosses result in poor morale and productivity. They also increase the stress level of employees causing them to experience exhaustion, nervousness and depression.
