1. It's time to close the whole damn place.

Guantanamo Bay has become synonymous with what is horribly wrong with America. Our forces should simply defend our country within the country. No American forces overseas unless deemed really necessary. We claim not to be an imperial power but we sure as hell act like one. That is wrong and that is not what the founding fathers had in mind for this country. Let the Cubans have Guantanamo.
