An increase in the minimum wage is not a tax increase! It will bring more money

in the form of taxes but only in the way a pay raise brings in more tax money. This woman Blackburnn (R) Tennessee is blathering on and on in the House about how Democrats are increasing taxes because of the new minimum wage pass. (well she is inferring it anyway)

And to me it seems like there are very few small business left in the country and the businesses that are going to be affected by the increase in the minimum wage are Wal-mart, Barnes and Noble, Starbucks, Walgreens, K-Mart, McDonalds, KFC, ...............(insert big corporation here). I would hope that there are vehicles set up to help the REAL small business owners in this situation.

Either way, it gauls me to see these wealthy politician pandering to their campaign backers and not giving a damn about the working poor in this country.

2. They left out Samoa right ? And "Chicken of the Sea" tuna has a plant

there. I don't know how they got away with it or WHY they left it out.
