Joe Lieberman is an honorable man
Republicans in general, and the White House war machine specifically, suppported this motherfucking scumbag ((said with a nod to Dan Burton) in his run against the DEMOCRATIC nominee.

Now its payback time. And the Honorable and Holy Joe is working off just the interest on that debt. Imagine what he'll do when he has to start paying back the principle.

Let's continue to pull for Senator Tim Johnson and hope to hell we can hold 'em off until we get a safe plurality in 08.

In case you've been in a cave and didn't see this yet, here's the Honorable Joe going mano a mano with Chuck Hagel on today's Fat Timmy Potatohead Hour:

The interesting thing about this is that you root for the goddam republican over the former Democrat, now turned the head of the Joe's Ego party.

3. Oh geeeeze ......
He owes his senatorial life to the Republics and to Bush.

He is repaying them by his current support of the surge.

People who repay debt are honorable.

Ergo, Joe is 'honorable'

Its irony.

k ....... ?

I hate it when I have to explain jokes.

You're not the only one who didn't get the "honorable" part of the thread title. I didn't either get it at first either. Here you asked an honest question, one I'm sure other posters were wondering about, too, and you almost got reprimanded for doing so.

5. Talk is cheap...if not enough in congress actually cut off funding,
not a damn thing changes. The "decider" will get his
adventurous surge. Obama said as much on FTN. He is
all for the "non-binding" resolution opposing the surge
but not sure if he will go so far as to cut funding.

8. Joe Lieberman is a blood-craving neocon.

I have no respect for any of the neocon polticians until they send their own kids to the Iraq suicide mission. I'm sure Joe has some kids he can send.

11. Lieberman helped Bush-Cheney in 2000
Lieberman went on TV and said that all postal votes from military personnel should be included in the Florida count - even if it could not be proved that they were mailed by election day. About 7 days after he made that statement - hundreds of postal votes suddenly arrived in Florida from US military bases around the world.
