Bush Doesn't Seem to Have Gotten Any Bounce from his speech. |
|
I saw the last half of the speech and I thought he probably would get some bounce out of it. At least he was coherent.
But his polls haven't gone up at all. He is still right around 30%. And that is really low.
So what do we do with him for two years? That is what I would like to know. One poll I saw said that most Americans wish that he would just go away. Too bad we can't just wave a wand and make it so.

6. That's the problem, stop him from doing more stupid stuff |
|
The total fiasco in Iraq and he wants to stay the course, only uses different words.
Putting all his talking heads on the media bashing Iran. Beating the drums of fear and war again, against Iran. America doesn't have time to patronize his games and stupidity.

5. Yes, 60% want his presidency to be over right now |
|
another 15% want him left in office but removed of any responsibility.
No one believes a word he says any more, and I think most have figured out that he doesn't understand anything about any of the issues facing the country, that he can only recite words that he sees on the teleprompter. If we wanted the censure and/or impeachment to jump into high gear, all we would need is 1/2 hr of unscripted questions, which would leave him sweaty, out of breath, and cursing, and prompt calls for "medical" leave ASAP.

7. Do you really think it would take |
|
1/2 hour? I'm thinking that if the right questions were asked, 15 minutes could do the trick... ;) I doubt very much that's going to happen, though. :(

|
he should sit on the sidewalk outside the White House from 6 every morning until midnight, every day, while the people of the world file by urinating and spitting on him.
