Few want to be leader of R.I. Republicans
PROVIDENCE, R.I. --Who wants to be chairman of the Rhode Island Republican Party?

Not many people, apparently.

The deadline to apply for the job is Saturday, and so far just one person has shown interest. That is 36-year-old Giovanni Cicione, a Barrington lawyer.

But Bruce Wolpert isn't worried about finding additional candidates. Wolpert is the chairman of the search committee. He expects more people to apply this week.

2. Thats it i'm going to apply
I'm going to find a home in Newport, apply and get accepted and my first goal as RI GOP Chairman is to convince the 49 Republicans to become Democrats then shut down the party for good.

Wouldn't I make a great Chairman?
