Free Genarlow Raevion Wilson
Has anyone been following this?: https://www.ajc.com/search/content/opinion/stories/2007/02/24/0225edgenarlow.html|Jury still out on Genarlow>

Can I nominate Rep. Dan Lakly (R-Surprise?) for a spot on the list of conservative idiots of the week?:
But the Legislature is not easily shamed, as Texas attorney Laurie Higginbotham learned after sending elected officials a plaintive e-mail plea for Wilson's freedom. Here is what state Rep. Dan Lakly (R-Peachtree City) replied: "I am appalled by your ignorance! Get a life! If you are in fact an attorney, you should know that this punk refused a plea bargain. A jury convicted this young man and we abide by the rule of law in Georgia. You Sir, are a MORAN!" (For the record, Higginbotham says, "I am a woman, not just men are lawyers, and Lakly can't spell 'moron.' " )

O'Reilly can get an honoarble mention:
Earlier in the week, Fox News host Bill O'Reilly flipped positions, from championing Wilson to condemning him.

Here is the http://www.wilsonappeal.com/petition.php|petition> you can sign to protest and here's where you can http://www.wilsonappeal.com/donate.html|donate> to his defense fund.
