Non binding DOES NOT WORK! AT ALL! The psychopaths in the White House have absolutely no shame, and absolutely no conscience. When they see a non-binding resolution, or a non-binding impeachment, or a non-binding anything, they're going to laugh.

The only way you can deal with these bastards is by force. There is no other way. Use the House's power of the purse to cut off his money supply. Create binding legislation that forces him to do things our way or face impeachment. Or go ahead and impeach the sons of bitches. Or fuck it, go ahead and use stronger measures to force them in line.
