more than two parties will show up in November
the race is so wide open and the country is so divided, I'm certain you will see at least one(maybe two) third party candidates for the general election.

I can see the outer edges of each party fielding their own ultra-left or ultra-right candidate.
Candidates be ready.

calling them spoilers won't stop them

1. An Impeachment Candidate
would get a lot of vote. 51 % of the country is for impeachment.

6. Someone in favor of impeaching himself?

Why not save us the trouble and just resign?

8. Now what the hell good would that do?
If we are electing a new President, who cares if the guy/gal would have been pro-impeachment?

I'm not knockin the idea of impeachment, even though I don't think its in the realm of reality.

2. just because someone is not a dem or rethug, that doesn't mean that
they're 'ultra' left or right.

It may just mean, for example, that they'd like to speak the truth rather than lie to maintain the status quo.

3. I'm afraid you are correct and THEY could be real spoilers.
Unfortunately, I don't believe this country could survive with 4 or 8 more years of RW neocon instability.

4. The perfect situation for instant runoff elections
where people vote for their preferred candidates in order and the votes are totalled until someone wins a majority.

That would really stimulate some discussion of the true issues.

5. I hope you're right.
It's about time to break the neck of the two-face, one-party system. Even in the majority, the Dems are impotent, mainly because they are largely in agreement with the Reps. Tactical differences but strategic concurrence is no good for those of us who are not part of the elite.

7. Waaaaay too much money for any thirds to grab any attention..
they will be left out of debates. (again)
they will not be invited to the sunday talk shows (again)

MSM will guarantee that the alternative voices are allocated zero volume.
