Bartlett giving press conference in middle of MEXICO VISIT?
They are REALLY, REALLY scared if they're interrupting their fiesta to respond to this.

2. MSNBC was covering it but just cut away
In Merida or wherever the luvfest between * and Calderon is taking place. They must have gotten wind of the fact that Torquemada's presser didn't go so well because Bartlett seemed to go out of his way to praise the A.G. and express that Pretzeldent has "confidence" in him.

5. They're scared shitless
Anything to do with Iraq can be jingo-sloganed to oblivion and they know it ... and the Democrats are pretty much already cowering.

This prosecutor scandal? All fresh. All new. No cover from the lapdog media. The fired prosecutors - Republican appointees all - are ready and rarin' to talk. The AG can be called to testify. The country is not opposed to this. The country wants impeachment. There's no balls to go for the top, but to impeach the AG - the Dems look tough and there will be cheers from the masses.
