Dean/Edwards in November - Now more than ever!!! The Kerry affair. |
|
Edited on Thu Feb-12-04 01:57 PM by seventhson
If the Kerry allegations have ANY inkling of truth then it is time to coalesce around Dean and Edwards. Clark could play a big role and be Sec of Defense or Chairman of the Joint Chiefs.
I see Dennis Kucinich in Health and Human Services.
I do not frankly care if it is Dean/Edwards or Edwards Dean (altho I prefer Dean/Edwards).
But THIS is, if true, Karma for the Bonesmen.
God(dess) will smile on those who promote peace and maybe we can have a safer and saner world.
I said many moons ago on this board that I first had doubts about Kerry BECAUSE of his infidelity issues.
This problem hurt us with Clinton. It still blackens JFK's name. We do NOT need this again. We need a moral compass even if it is an imperfect one.
Last week Reagan's campaign guy said in CNN that Kerry was ALWAYS the guy they wanted to bash. The freepers are bemoaning this because they think Kerry is the most vulnerable.
We need to circle the wagons with our three remaining candidates (I exclude Sharpton because I believe the Voice allegations about him and have had some personal dealings with him politically in human rights issues and think he is a self-promoting opportunist withg a great gift for rhetoric - but little substance as an advocate)
Dennis Kucinich, Edwards and Dean - the last best men standing.
Let us support them and rally for them.
Men we can almost all admire and respect. Men of integrity. True Democrats from the Democratic wing of the party.
No spooky ties to Stephens or Skull.
I am absolutely elated over ths because this is exactly why I originally came to distrust Kerry. All the other stuff followed and fit (skulls, medals, Nam, IWR, Patriot act, HSA, etc.). If true, it vindicates my longstanding beliefs.
I believe that he would lie to his beautiful and quite sexy and superrich wife to get laid, then he would lie to anybody. And I do not believe his lying is benevolent (unlike Clinton - who I believe at least wanted to do the right thing by us more or less while satiating himself)

3. Maybe Dean should win a primary before you put him in higher contention |

place him in higher contention than Dean.
I never really wanted to express this thought but it was flamed by the oxygen. I like the team either way.....This is a nice threat position.

8. You like the teaM ? Well sorry but the presidential ticket should be about |
|
who gives us the best chance of beating Bush, at least it should be a major factor. Dean would never win any of the red states Edwards has the biggest appeal to, and Edwards needs somebody with national security experience as HIS vp, more experience than he has, certainly more than Dean

4. I have had my fill of Bonesman |
|
for one life-time. These past few years have been utter misery. Always having my stomach churn with civil liberty violation, corporate corruption, unemployment, unfunded schools, oil driven wars, dead soldiers, and so on and so on......It never ends.
Please, no more Bonesman.

these people have no ethics whatsoever IMHO.
Bush's answer to Russert about Skull on "Meet the Press" last weekend : "Too secret to talk about"
THAT is what we get with the damned bonesmen.
Secrets, Dirty ones.

Dean/Edwards with DK in the cabinet where his strengths can best shine. It's got the North/South, Governor/Senator synergy going for it as well.

11. Dean/Edwards if we want to lose big . . . |
|
that ticket would get trounced in November . . . on-the-job training in foreign affairs? . . . I don't think so . . . and neither will the majority of voters . . . a Dean/Edwards ticket is a sure route to four more years of BushCo . . .
