What happens when the DOJ refuses to release additional Documents?
Same goes for Condi thumbing her nose at Waxman.

What happens next and what chance do the Dems have of forcing the issue?

The pukes have purged the DOJ and the Judiciary of anyone not swearing a blood oath to Herr Bush.

1. It goes to the courts. Alternatively, Congress could start impeaching officials
or could start hitting the DoJ's funding. That's hardball, but so is citing "privacy" about job assessments for officials paid out of the Treasury and working for the American People.

2. Been wondering that myself.
What enforcement powers does Congress have against a hostile Justice Dept?

3. The Media reports something that is not news as news.
Things like, "Most Older Men are Bigots", "Blond Bombshell Overdoses", "Snoopdog is Busted for Drugs", "A No-Talent is Winning American Idol", On an on an on.

4. I asked this earlier today on DU. So far no ralston, rove, goodling,
not all the docs. What's the next move? I'd like to see push come to shove and ultimately unearth all of cheney's secret energy task force records, all the jeff gannon in/out logs, etc.

5. It's called Stone Walling.
Nixon did it but did not get away with it. Gonzo is going down. The weight is getting to heavy. He is a drag on the conservative movement. (Among many drags.) Tomorrows news will be another nail in the coffin for Re-Pubic-Rats. :dem:

6. constipational crisis.
because, eventually, the bushistas are going to be shitting in their pants.

Not even this supreme court, not even a Pace run military, and not even the remnants of all the destroyed governmental offices will put up with their take over. People will start to retake our country. I hope.

7. send over the Capital Police to collect him
If he surrounds himself with Blackwell or SS, surround the building and shut off all the utilities.
There's a medieval maneuver called forcing peace.
If the dogs hole up over at DOJ their homes are unattended.
The threat of particularly destructive search warrants will bring them out.
Get medieval on his ass.
