I think this is it. Check Mate. If the E-mails are indeed "deleted" or even withheld,that is a crime. It is nowadays impossible to permanently erase these e-mails without an intent to do so.
Obstruction of justice-plain & simple.

The e-mails will be retrived if we have enough sense to subpeano the servers. And you better be sure Leahy knows what he's doing here so I think that will be forthcoming.They are obviously hiding a whole heaping pile of smelly stuff & whatever comes down I believe this is the beginning of the end.

is determining HOW they were deleted. A computer glitch should leave a different signature than a deliberate erasure. And that's what may sink Rove.
