Poll question: Will Lieberman endorse the Repuke nominee for President in 2008? |
|
I'd be damned shocked if he doesn't, unless of course it's his female equivalent Hillary.

To suggest they are equivalents is ridiculous and shows how little you know of their records.

Senate is so narrowly held Liebermann caucusing with the Dems on voting for senate leadership is the most important thing. If he switched on that Lott could replace Reid etc.

I thought if Gore or Dodd ran for President, Lieberman would probably support one of those two. but the last election has changed my opinion about Lieberman's loyalty. if Gore ran for President and won the nomination, I believe that would increase the probability that Lieberman would endorse a Republican.
I doubt Lieberman would run for the Republican nomination in 2008, especially after proposing a war tax. if Democrats lose control of the Senate in 2008, then I think Lieberman might switch parties. and supporting a Republican for President would increase Lieberman's reception among Republican primary voters.
