11. Election fraud hides a bigger scandal, the CIA/GOP money

connection. The election of Republicans would merely reinforce that money pipeline, of course, and each is a scandal unto themselves, but The Octopus behind both scandals will probably cop to the election stuff rather than let out what Lam was going into.
