If you expect perfection your bound to be dissapointed... |
|
I would hope that in the end after all this wild eyed election year bashing of your own personal candidate choices comes to an end that you realize that for better or worse you have no choice but to aid in ensuring the republicans are pushed and shoved if need be back onto the back burner where they obviously belong by voting democrat....
In a parrallel world there might be voting choices for more than a two party system but in today's world such is not feasible, it would be good to remember that.
It is a good reminder that this is not walking step in step like some we know, you can still retain your own personal positions and opinions without fear of persectution when a dem is in office, that is a fact, one would do well to remember that.

1. I just had to add this quote from someone that most admire, interesting... |
|
and something we would all do well to read over and over again and realize the truth of it is what still keeps far too many people firmly on the side of those that wish to continue an unrelenting unquestioning society of people. I wish the talking heads would repeat it often whenever someone gets on their show and spouts "vote for me or you will be attacked" how stupid can one be to believe in such nonsense?
"Our government has kept us in a perpetual state of fear — kept us in a continuous stampede of patriotic fervor — with the cry of grave national emergency. Always there has been some terrible evil at home or some monstrous foreign power that was going to gobble us up if we did not blindly rally behind it...." — General Douglas MacArthur 1957

2. "Wild eyed election year bashing"? There is an election this year? |
|
Damn! And I haven't even picked out my own personal pet and favorite candidate. Is it too late to choose?

3. Well, I'm supporting Hillary by staying home on voting day if she is the nominee |
|
I am just stating the fact. I cannot bring myself to vote for her. I will support any of the other ones but, if I voted for hillary it would be voting republican. I just cannot do that.

that I would have no problem voting for Hillary, regardless I will vote on election date for any Dem who gets the nomination, the alternative is far worse if you ask me.
Even if I don't exactly have faith in the voting system to be legit, I will not give away my vote.
