Even with all his money Bloomberg CAN'T win the Presidency and heres why
Its the ELECTORAL COLLAGE stupid. its rigged for the two party system. Plain and simple.the only thing hes going to be is a SPOILER!!!

candidate who wins the popular vote sends all their electors(one or two states have some proportion) to college.
