All of this, "get out of Iraq" stuff is just campaign talk. If there is any potential President on the Dem side that I don't see getting us out of Iraq, it is Hillary Clinton. I remember when she was one of the most hawkish Dems on the Iraq war before she started running for President...maybe nobody else does though. But I'll say I don't buy her BS for one second. I don't see a DRASTIC change in strategy if she becomes President...maybe just something to keep the base happy or make it look like she's doing something, but don't expect us to leave Iraq any time soon under her. And Iran would still be very much on the table. You see, DLC Dems STILL support the war!! They just don't like how Bush is f*cking things up for them and want to change the way it's fought. But they do NOT believe in pulling out.

The money is flowing from Bush to Clinton. There would be a token pullout of ground troops with the difference made up by contractors. Lots of money has been made in Iraq with much more to come. Hillary will make sure that Cheney's Halliburton investment continues to pay big dividends.

something else on another, though never in front of cameras.
If you recall she told the New York Times editorial board that
she supports keeping troops in to guard the Iran/Iraq border,
fight Al queda and train Iraqi forces. Her idea of "Ending the war"
would require tens of thousands of troops. How can she end the
war and leave thousands of occupying troops in?? As if the
native Iraqi insurgency will stop attacking US troops just
because she gave a speech declaring that she ended the war but
we will still have half the current force conducting military operations???
I don't get it. This is what you get from politicians who care more
about their own political future than what is best for the country.
