Just wondering with all the EO's lately...can "undermine" the war effort be translated to allow someone to put pressure (or worse) on web hosting companies carrying message boards?

The KBR/Halliburton web site that the specs for the camps call for WI-Fi in all the locations, but only for approved sites like Drudge and stuff.
