WTF people. It's ALWAYS RUDE as they dismiss a question or start by responding to something earlier that they weren't able to, and it's rude when candidates "respond' by not answering the question and turning into their talking points.

He was doing swell until that answer, and yes, others can go back to a previous question to get their point across. Biden picked the wrong question to brush over lightly. Best I could figure out he was intent on getting into the Pakistan debacle since Obama/Dodd/Hillary pretty well dominated it by interupting each other. The debate is being re-run and I am going to be more critical when watching it, see if I see it different. Kerry came from behind in Iowa to go on to win the nomination. Biden did have a chance. This could have been more than he will be able to overcome.
